METAFRENS was officially founded by Sugargirl in September 2022, and since then, we’ve evolved
into a vibrant community of Web3 enthusiasts united by a shared passion for Web3 Education, NFTs, and DeFi.
We’re dedicated to exploring the latest trends in Web3, fostering fun and insightful conversations, and
creating a space where members can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.
Since our inception, we’ve hosted several onboarding sessions across our private Discord and X Spaces,
helping both our members and wider audience stay informed and better understand the latest developments
in the ever-evolving Web3 space.
We empower our members to navigate the dynamic world of Web3 through hands-on, community-driven educational sessions via our Metafrens Hangout Spaces, AMAs and Discord sessions. Whether you’re a newbie or an OG, our educational sessions help individuals get started, build their knowledge, and stay updated on the latest trends in the Web3 space.

This principle inspired the slang “Metafrens Familia.” Familia is a Spanish word meaning “family,” reflecting the close-knit bonds, sense of belonging, and genuine connections we continuously strive to build within our community.
